Handpicked straight out of university, Sumayya became a member of PSS because she understood something most people didn't. Finding information is difficult. Keeping it safe is even harder. She doesn't speak much. She doesn't need to. Because while everyone else is solving the case... She's making sure there is a case to solve.

Never underestimate the loudest person in the room. Meet Bibioluwa. Analyst. Pattern hunter. Human calculator. Give her enough information and she'll tell you what happened yesterday, what's happening today, and what you'll probably do tomorrow. She doesn't guess. She calculates. Businesses. Criminals. Markets. People. Everything leaves a pattern. Years in forensic auditing taught her to follow the money. Criminology taught her to follow the people. Mathematics taught her the two are usually connected. At PSS, she isn't looking for facts. She's looking for the pattern behind them. And once she sees the pattern... Hiding becomes impossible.

Lotanna doesn't change your mind. He helps you convince yourself. A behavioural psychologist by training and a negotiator by profession, he has built a career understanding one thing... People. Not what they say. Not what they pretend to be. Who they really are. Before joining PSS, he advised corporations, high-net-worth clients, and investigators on how people think, react, and make decisions. Today, he does the same thing for the government. Because every operation eventually comes down to one question. How do you get someone to do what needs to be done? For Lotanna... That's just another conversation.

Makua looks like the problem until you realise… he's the one who finds it. Built like a bouncer. Thinks like a machine. Forensic accountant. Pattern hunter. Financial nightmare. He doesn’t need spreadsheets to tell him something is wrong. He sees numbers once and already knows where they’re lying. Entire firms have fallen because of him. Careers ended. Books rewritten. Now he’s at PSS. If money goes missing, gets hidden, or starts behaving strangely, Makua will find it. And when he does… he won’t soften the truth.

Some people command respect. Isa never asks for it. As Director of PSS, he has spent his career negotiating with presidents, diplomats, military leaders, and people powerful enough to change the course of nations. Titles don't impress him. Money doesn't impress him. Power certainly doesn't. He listens. He decides. Just quiet authority backed by years of standing in rooms where one wrong word could start a conflict. He's not strict. He's just certain. And if there's one thing Isa never negotiates... It's his people. You can argue with him all you like. He'll simply wait until you're done...and then tell you what's actually going to happen.

Personality: 

Tosin doesn’t look like the man in charge. That’s his advantage. Team lead. Project manager. Recruiter. The one who built the team you’re looking at. He doesn’t chase talent... he recognizes it before it recognises itself. Every person here was Placed. Positioned. Chosen. He reads people faster than files. Knows who breaks under pressure… and who becomes dangerous. And while everyone else is busy doing the job.. Tosin is managing them. Because in PSS, skills matter. But people are the real system.

Personality: 

Some people collect contacts. Edinyanga collects influence. Need a journalist? She knows one. A police commissioner? She has the number. A prosecutor? They'll take her call. A private investigator? They've probably worked together before. For over twenty years, she built relationships most people spend a lifetime chasing. By the time PSS came calling, she wasn't just leading a PR team for a multinational company, she had quietly built one of the strongest information networks in the country.
